FAQ — frequently asked questions

To participate in productronica India, you must fill and submit your application online on the MMI Connect platform. Based on the information provided on the form, we will check to see if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. If so, we will send you a stand proposal.

The minimum size is twelve square meters.

When you submit your application, it only concerns stand space at productronica India. It automatically includes the mandatory entry in the online exhibitor directory, as well as worker and exhibitor badges.
You will be invoiced separately for any additional charges incurred (e.g. stand construction, technical services and advertising materials). All invoices should be paid immediately upon receipt.

Shortly after you submit your application, you will receive a confirmation of your application together with a pro forma invoice by e-mail. The payment is due immediately unless other payment deadlines are stated in the invoices. The application is only valid in conjunction with a non-refundable down payment of minimum 40% of the participation fee.

All invoices connected to the event must be paid without deductions and free of all charges by credit transfer to the account specified on the invoices, mentioning the exhibitor’s company name and invoice number.

After the show you will receive the official tax invoice replacing the proforma invoice.

Co-exhibitors are subject to approval by the organizer. Co-exhibitors can be admitted against payment, which must be settled by the main exhibitor. Co-exhibitor participation must be requested by the main exhibitor via e-mail to the project management.
